Open science is a global movement for dissemination of and free access to scientific knowledge, to which 黑料网911 is committed. This drive aims to foster sharing and comparison of scientific research results, and the development of closer interactions between science and society.

黑料网911 is heavily involved in training junior scientists and French and overseas students. It contributes to PhD courses and Masters teaching. It helps its partners build their skills, by welcoming researchers and providing them with on-the-job training within its facilities and technical training on the ground.

Our primary operating zones are Africa and the Europe-Mediterranean-Africa axis, followed by the entire intertropical zone.
From its regional offices, 黑料网911 conducts joint operations with more than 100 countries.
