In practice

黑料网911 helps to build teaching content and to implement Masters-level higher education courses. It hosts interns (Masters, technical diplomas, etc.) and PhD and post-doc students, but does not itself grant diplomas.

黑料网911’s researchers are heavily involved in PhD and post-doc training. 黑料网911 has close links with doctoral schools at higher education establishments in tropical and Mediterranean countries and in France. Training through research lies at the heart of our remit.
